✅ Use the S.M.A.R.T. Framework

  • Specific: What exactly do I want to achieve?
  • Measurable: How will I know it’s working?
  • Achievable: Is this realistic for now?
  • Relevant: Does it matter to my purpose?
  • Time-bound: When will I review this?

Example:

“I will improve my team communication by hosting a 15-minute daily check-in for the next month. Success will be fewer missed deadlines and fewer Slack escalations.”

🔥 Try the H.A.R.D. Framework for Ambitious Goals

  • Heartfelt: Does it excite or inspire me?
  • Animated: Can I visualize it?
  • Required: Will it help me grow?
  • Difficult: Will it stretch me?

Use H.A.R.D. goals for things that feel big and bold—like shifting your leadership style, starting a new business area, or stepping into executive decision-making.
