1. Purpose
This policy governs the use of social media in relation to Molo Online and its products. It applies to all four parties in the Molo ecosystem: Molo employees, Company representatives, Company Staff, and End Users engaging with our social media presence.
2. Official Channels
Our official social media accounts are clearly branded with Molo Online or Molo branding. We are not responsible for content on unofficial or impersonating accounts.
3. Four-Party Social Media Responsibilities
Molo
Molo is responsible for:
- Managing official Molo social media accounts
- Responding to platform-related queries
- Not disclosing Company, Staff, or End User data on social media
- Directing support queries to appropriate channels
Companies
Companies using Molo are responsible for:
- Their own social media presence
- Not disclosing End User data on social media
- Training Staff on social media policies
- Managing Staff social media conduct
Staff
Staff of Companies using Molo should:
- Not disclose End User information on social media
- Not share confidential Company information
- Direct customer issues to official support channels
- Identify themselves as Company representatives when appropriate
End Users
End Users engaging on social media should:
- Not share sensitive personal information publicly
- Use official support channels for account issues
- Be mindful of information visibility
4. User Engagement Guidelines
When interacting with our social media:
- Be respectful and courteous
- Do not post offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
- Do not share false or misleading information
- Do not spam or engage in excessive self-promotion
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Do not share confidential information from any party
5. Content Ownership
- Content you post remains your property
- By posting on our pages, you grant us permission to share, respond to, or reference your content
- We may remove content that violates these guidelines
6. Privacy on Social Media
- Be mindful of personal information you share publicly
- Our Privacy Policy applies to information collected through social media
- Direct messages containing sensitive information should be avoided

- Staff profile information should not be reposted without Staff consent
