3. The Four-Party Model

Molo services operate within a four-party model with distinct responsibilities:

Molo (Platform Provider)

Molo Online (Pty) Ltd provides the technology platform.

• Responsible for: Platform security, infrastructure, data protection, the KFT transparency system, third-party service orchestration
• Liable for: Platform failures, security breaches within Molo infrastructure
• Not responsible for: Company content accuracy, Staff profile accuracy, End User uploaded content, third-party processing

The Company (Molo's Client)

Organisations that deploy Molo services for their customers.

• Responsible for: Knowledge base content accuracy, Staff access management, Staff onboarding/offboarding, customer relationships
• Liable for: Inaccurate Knowledge-tagged content, Staff management failures

Staff (Company's Employees)

Individuals working for the Company who may have public profile pages.

• Responsible for: Their profile information accuracy, consent decisions, keeping information current, notifying Company when leaving
• Liable for: Inaccurate profile information they provide
• Rights: Explicit consent before display, update anytime, withdraw consent anytime, 48-hour removal

End User

Customers of Companies using Molo services.

• Responsible for: Information shared in conversations, uploaded files, verifying File-tagged responses
• Liable for: Uploaded file content, service misuse, their own decisions
• Rights: KFT transparency, data access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Molo Online and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

5. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Collect user information without consent

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain website availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without notice for maintenance or other reasons.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Molo Online from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
