Burnout doesn’t arrive all at once. It seeps in — through blurry boundaries, chronic urgency, and the slow erosion of rest.

This session isn’t about adding more self-care. It’s about reclaiming what’s already yours: time, energy, and the right to say “no.”

You don’t need permission. Just practice.

Ask yourself:

  • Do I check emails out of guilt or choice?
  • Does my calendar reflect my priorities — or just others’ expectations?
  • When was the last time I said “no” and it felt empowering?
  • What am I tolerating that’s draining me?

Awareness is the first boundary. Clarity is the second.
