What is lekana

Lekana is a reconciliation platform that matches point-of-sale (POS) transaction records against merchant service transactions.

It is built specifically for businesses that use a POS system that is not already fully integrated with their merchant banking services. The platform is designed to help businesses find the money they are losing by creating a continuous financial trail for card, cash or debtor sales, moving beyond simple daily counting which only provides a "snapshot".

Its most significant feature is its ability to take the tedious task of manually matching POS records with merchant services and bulk bank payouts line-by-line and transform a day-long manual process into just five minutes of work.
